Egg Roll In A Bowl....using freeze dried sausage
This recipe was so easy to make.....and everyone LOVED it!
It's a perfect low carb meal. It's super filling and packed with lots of flavor. Best part? It’s done in less than 15 minutes. You could absolutely swap in some ground chicken for the sausage.
- Reconstitute the freeze dried sausage in a bowl.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the butter or oil and garlic.
- Add the sausage and stir.
- Add the coleslaw mix, ginger, green onions, and soy sauce to the skillet with the sausage. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until cabbage has softened a bit.
- Serve immediately.
