Tangy Mango Roast Beef & Beans

I just made this tonight for dinner for the first time. It was so YUMMY and easy! I've seen a couple of other recipes that inspired me to create my own. One of my favorite things about THRIVE Life foods is that I can just open my cans and throw ingredients together and add different spices to get the flavor I want.

Tangy Mango Roast Beef & Beans (you can make this as a Meals in a Jar)

1 cup of Freeze Dried Beef Dices
1 1/2 cups of Instant Red Beans
1/3 cup Freeze Dried Onions
1/2 cup Freeze Dried Mangoes
1/4 cup Mixed bell peppers
1/2 cup Tomato Powder
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
2 TBSP Freeze Dried Celery
1/2 tsp of Peppercorn Seasoning Blend
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Paprika

Add off the ingredients in a Quart Size jar.

Bring 5 cups of water to a boil in a sauce pan. Add all the ingredients in pan. Slimmer for 12-15 minutes or until the beans are soft. Cover and set for about 5-8 minutes.
Serve and top with cheddar cheese!
