I finally made the Chicken Curry recipe!....Actually I have made it 3 times in the last month! My family LOVES this dish. This recipe is so easy and the best part it took less than 20 minutes to make!
Chicken Vegetable Curry
2 tablespoons Coconut oil
1/2 cup THRIVE FD Onions
Heat oil on low and add onions
1 1/2 teaspoons of minced garlic
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon turmeric ~ Stir
3 cups water
3 teaspoons of THRIVE Chicken Bouillon
bring to simmer
1/2- 1 cup THRIVE Chicken Slices-let the chicken simmer for about 2 minutes before adding other ingredients.
1/2 cup THRIVE Green Chili’s
1/2 cup THRIVE Dices Tomatoes
1/2 cup or more of 3-4 other vegetables.
I like to add: THRIVE freeze dried Asparagus, Zucchini. Cauliflower, Red bell peppers
Stir in one can of coconut milk. Heat through. Serve over rice.
