I first tried this soup at our Kansas City Event last month and made it for my family. I couldn't believe how quick and easy this recipe is! It's so YUMMY and the best part is that it took less than 10 minutes to make!
1 tsp minced garlic
8 cups of water
1/2 cup THRIVE Seasoned Chicken slices
1/4 cup THRIVE Green Chili Peppers
1/4 cup THRIVE Sweet Corn
1/2 cup THRIVE Red Bell Peppers
1/4 cup THRIVE Celery
1/2 cup THRIVE Instant White Rice (I think this would taste GREAT with brown rice)
1 1/2 tbsp THRIVE Chicken Bouillon
3/4 tsp THRIVE Chef's Choice Seasoning Blend
2 tsp THRIVE Oregano
2 tsp THRIVE Chives
2 tbsp THRIVE Tomato Sauce, dry
2 tsp lemon juice
Add water and then all the ingredients in a 3-4 quart sauce pot and bring to a simmer for 6 minutes. Allow to sit for a few minutes before serving.
