Brownie Pops ~ Great Christmas Gift!

I just made our THRIVE Brownie Pops today! So easy and FUN to make with the kiddos.  I rolled some of the pops in our Pomegranate Yogurt Bites and some crushed Peppermint Candies.

We just got finished delivering some to our neighbors and friends. The kids tied a bow around a can and I wrapped some of the brownie pops up.

So fun and something new to give. I hope you have a Wonderful Christmas!

It's not to late to order some of your own!

  • 1 pantry can thrive fudge brownies
  • 1⁄2 c hot water
  • 3 T cream cheese, softened
  • 1⁄3 lb chocolate flavored almond bark
  • 3⁄4 c thrive blueberry yogurt bites, crushed

Mix the brownie mix and hot water and let sit for 10 minutes. Bake in an aluminum-lined 8x8 pan for 22–25 minutes at 350⁰F.
Allow brownies to completely cool. Remove from pan and crumble brownies into a bowl. Add in cream cheese and mix until it holds together. Shape brownies into 1-inch balls, insert sucker sticks into them, and freeze until firm.
Melt the almond bark in a saucepan on low heat or over a double boiler. Dip the brownie balls and roll them in the crushed yogurt bites. Set on parchment paper and let set up before serving.
