Ingredients
- 1 pantry can thrive fudge brownies
- 1⁄2 c hot water
- 3 T cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄3 lb chocolate flavored almond bark
- 3⁄4 c thrive blueberry yogurt bites, crushed
Instructions
Mix the brownie mix and hot water and let sit for 10 minutes. Bake in an aluminum-lined 8x8 pan for 22–25 minutes at 350⁰F.
Allow brownies to completely cool. Remove from pan and crumble brownies into a bowl. Add in cream cheese and mix until it holds together. Shape brownies into 1-inch balls, insert sucker sticks into them, and freeze until firm.
Melt the almond bark in a saucepan on low heat or over a double boiler. Dip the brownie balls and roll them in the crushed yogurt bites. Set on parchment paper and let set up before serving.
