I decided to make it very simple and I didn't put anything really "weird" in my smoothie. I'm anxious to try different ingredients. If you have a GREAT recipe, please send it to me....I would love to try it!
Here is it....
My Green Smoothie
1 cup of water
1/4 cup of FD THRIVE Vanilla Yogurt Bites
1/2 cup of FD THRIVE Bananas
1/2 cup of FD THRIVE Fuji Apples
1/4 cup of FD THRIVE Spinach
1/4 cup of FD THRIVE Green Peas
1/2 cup of ice (optional)
Just put everything in a blender and mix till smooth!
