Egg White Scramble

Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 c thrive egg white powder
  • 1 c water
  • 1⁄4 c thrive green bell peppers
  • 1⁄4 c thrive red bell peppers
  • 1 T thrive chopped onions
  • 1 T fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1⁄2 t season salt
  • 1⁄2 T extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

Reconstitute onions and peppers by just covering with water. Allow to sit for 5 minutes and drain any excess water. In an egg pan, sauté vegetables on high with olive oil for 1–2 minutes.
Mix egg white powder and water together and add to the pan. Cook, stirring occasionally to fluff the egg. Add basil when almost finished cooking.
Serving Idea: Serve on top of wheat toast and fresh tomatoes. Top with hot sauce or salsa.

  • 1⁄2 c thrive quick oats
  • 1⁄2 c thrive 9 grain cracked cereal
  • 1 c thrive whole strawberries
  • 1 c thrive bananas
  • 1 c thrive blueberries
  • 3 T thrive instant milk powder
  • 1 1⁄2 c ice
  • 2 c cold water
  • 1⁄4 c honey or agave nectar
  • 1 t vanilla

Instructions

Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth. Pour smoothie into cups and top with whipped cream and powdered strawberries.

  • 3⁄4 c thrive scrambled egg mix
  • 1 c thrive milk, reconstituted
  • 1 1⁄3 c water
  • 1⁄2 t thrive iodized salt
  • 1 1⁄4 c thrive flour
  • 1⁄2 c butter
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1⁄2 c thrive powdered sugar

Instructions

Combine eggs, milk, water, and salt in blender and blend until fluffy. Tap in flour a little at a time, beating until well blended.
Preheat empty 9x13 pan in oven for 3–4 minutes. Melt butter in preheated pan, pour in egg mixture, and immediately return to oven. Bake for 25 minutes at 425⁰F. Brush with melted butter and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
