Corn Dog Muffin Bites!

Are you looking for something Easy and Fun to make with your kids? need to try this recipe out! I just made these over the weekend and they were a big hit and so YUMMY! My kids kept taking some to their friends to try and I had one mom ask me how to make them! You can use any corn bread recipe....BUT I LOVE our Corn Bread!

Recipe OR you can use our Corn Bread Mix:
½ c. THRIVE™ Butter Powder, reconstituted
2 tbsp. THRIVE™ Whole Eggs or 2 fresh eggs
4 tbsp. water
2 tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. THRIVE™ Iodized Salt
1½ c. THRIVE™ White Flour
1½ c. THRIVE™ Powdered Milk, reconstituted
3 Hot Dogs, cut into 1/2-inch coins (turkey, veggie or beef)


Cream together butter (reconstituted) and sugar. Add egg powder and 4 tablespoons of water and mix into creamed mixture. Sift together dry ingredients and mix with creamed mixture. Add milk (reconstituted).


We also have a NEW Corn Bread Mix! All you need to do is add water.

Mix and pour one tablespoon batter into a greased muffin pan pan. Lay the cut hot dog in the center of each batter-filled muffin cup. 

Top with an additional batter.
Bake at 400˚F for 15 minutes. When a toothpick comes out clean, it is ready!
