Black Bean & Corn Salsa!

I LOVE this Recipe! I will make this with my Chicken Enchilada Casserole at my parties and everyone goes "crazy" over this salsa! It's so yummy and very easy to make!
  Black Bean and Corn Salsa!
1 cup of THRIVE Instant Black Beans
1 cup of THRIVE Sweet Corn
1/2 cup of THRIVE Tomato Dices
1/4 cup of THRIVE Green Chilies
1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup of cilantro, finely chopped
1/4 cup of red wine vinegar
1/4 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of vegetable oil or olive oil
Season to taste: cumin, garlic salt or plain salt, pepper

1. Cook beans (follow cooking directions)
2. In a small bowl, add corn and cover with hot water. Let sit 5-8 minutes or until corn is softened and rehydrate. Drain.
3. Mix the black beans, corn, chilies, red onion, and cilantro together in a large bowl.
4. To make the dressing, stir the vinegar, vegetable oil, and sugar together in a pan. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and cool. Pour dressing over bean mixture, and toss to mix evenly.
